| So where do we go from here? Now the Dynamoes have achieved Charter Standard, it is important the we do not stand still - The club needs to move forward. The next step for us is to achieve the Charter Standard Development award. The committee are currently formulating a sub committee especially for this task who will produce a development plan & move things forward. One of our main aims is to find a permanent home for the club & the Charter Standard award will help us to generate much needed funding from a variety of sources.
